These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeta9a ("jeta9a", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeta9a website located at https://jeta9a.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By accessing the jeta9a website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, jeta9a's interpretation of these Terms shall prevail. jeta9a's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay, account management, bonus eligibility, and dispute resolution are final and binding.

These Terms should be read alongside jeta9a's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and jeta9a. Where these Terms are silent on a matter addressed in those documents, the relevant policy shall apply.

To be eligible to open and maintain a jeta9a account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

jeta9a employs age verification measures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request certified identity documentation — including a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in any verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, if unresolved, account closure.

Where jeta9a has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be held and may be returned net of any winnings, which shall be forfeited. jeta9a takes underage gambling with the utmost seriousness and will cooperate with any relevant investigation by authorities.

Each player may hold one single jeta9a account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeta9a reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.

Account Security Obligations

Deposits

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the principal deposit amount is permitted, unless jeta9a explicitly waives this requirement in writing. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jeta9a's payments team in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times from the point of approval are: 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, 15–30 minutes for Rocket and Upay, 1–24 hours for bank transfers, and 3–5 business days for Visa and Mastercard. Any suspected attempt to use jeta9a's cashier for money laundering purposes will be reported to relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed.

Currency

All transactions on jeta9a are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment provider processes in a different currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate determined by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. jeta9a accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

jeta9a offers a range of promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an active wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse

jeta9a employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to exploit welcome offers, using low-variance betting strategies (e.g., staking on both outcomes of the same market) to meet wagering requirements artificially, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, jeta9a reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation.

jeta9a's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact [email protected] to raise a formal dispute.

As a condition of your continued access to jeta9a, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Attempting to access jeta9a using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology intended to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or verification measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jeta9a's games, sportsbook, or cashier systems without express written authorisation from jeta9a.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement that improperly influences the outcome of a sporting event on which jeta9a offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error or market pricing mistake may be voided at jeta9a's discretion.
• Using jeta9a's platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeta9a's support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing jeta9a using another person's account credentials or providing your own credentials to a third party.

jeta9a reserves the right to report any suspected criminal conduct — including money laundering and underage gambling — to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh and to cooperate fully with any official investigation. Where jeta9a is required by law or regulation to freeze funds or provide account information to authorities, it will do so without prior notice to the account holder.

jeta9a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jeta9a has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account that warrants investigation under jeta9a's anti-fraud or anti-money laundering procedures.
• The player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires jeta9a to restrict the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jeta9a account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jeta9a will process any pending withdrawal of verified available balance within standard withdrawal timeframes. Balances resulting from voided or pending bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless jeta9a determines otherwise on a case-by-case basis.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may use jeta9a's self-exclusion tool, available from the Account Settings section after jeta9a login. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, jeta9a will suspend all marketing communications to the excluded account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeta9a will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Where an account remains dormant and the balance falls to zero following the application of any such fee, the account may be closed. jeta9a provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jeta9a takes all reasonable steps to maintain a reliable and high-performance service — including 99.9% uptime targets and redundant infrastructure — jeta9a does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta9a shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jeta9a platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interrupted access to games or betting markets due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or third-party outage.
• Incorrect odds or game information displayed due to a technical error, where such odds or information have not been confirmed via jeta9a's official settlement process.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to the payment provider rather than to jeta9a.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your jeta9a login credentials.

jeta9a's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeta9a account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jeta9a's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jeta9a's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jeta9a; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jeta9a's internal dispute resolution process (initiated by contacting [email protected]) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. jeta9a's internal disputes team aims to respond to all formal complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your jeta9a account or a specific bet or game outcome, you must submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
