Data Retention

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jeta9a will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual. Where data is anonymised rather than deleted, the resulting anonymised dataset may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
If you submit a formal deletion request under your privacy rights (see Section 6), jeta9a will assess the request against our legal retention obligations. Where a legal obligation requires us to retain specific data for a minimum period, deletion of that data will be deferred until the end of the mandatory retention period.
